GENERAL DISCLAIMERS• I am alright with drawing anything excluding the following which are prohibited from being requested:
- Explicit NSFW (Suggestive/Light Gore is okay)
- Problematic ships
- Absolutely no racism, hate speech etc.• I have every right to refuse or not follow-up your request for any other valid reasons. (eg. unable to fulfill it)• Any disrespect will not be tolerated which may lead to the commission being cancelled without refunds and/or the client getting blacklisted.• The whole commission process is kept private between the client and me, the artist. However, I may post up your commission or use it as a sample in my commission sheet. Do note that I will ask for your permission beforehand.II. PAYMENT PROCEDURE• The following payment methods are available:
- PAYNOW (SGD)
- PayLah (SGD)
- PayPal (USD) For overseas clients• PAY FIRST POLICY: 50% is of the payment is required upfront before I start the commission. Later on, clients can pay the remaining once the commission is completed. Alternatively, clients may also opt to pay the full price upfront.• All commissions are non-refundable once any form payment is done. Please consider carefully.III. DISCOUNTS• Clients will get 4 SGD/USD off in these scenarios:
- When my OCs are requested to be drawn (per canvas)
- When the charge is over 120 SGD/USDIV. PROCESS & SCHEDULE• The duration of a commission will range about one week to one month.• Please reply promptly as soon as you see my message to ensure the process goes smoothly.• I will update clients regularly which means each client will be given multiple chances for revisions throughout the process. When you request for one revision after the commission is completed, there will be an additional charge ranged about 5–10 SGD/USD.• The rush fee is an additional 50 SGD/USD.V. CLIENT RIGHTS• Clients have rights to post up their commission on their socials, proper credit is required.• Do not remove my watermark @tairimisu• Using my art for Generative AI, NFT etc. is prohibited. Any form of attempt at plagiarism or stealing of any of my art commissions, is not allowed.• Clients are ONLY allowed to use the commission for personal use. Regarding any form of monetization that involves my work, please refer to commercial use below.VI. COMMERCIAL USE• Commercial use is when any form of monetization is involved. The following falls under commercial use:
- Merchandise
- Advertising Material
